Follow one piece
through the decision.
Six connected stages explain what the app records today and which operational work still requires acceptance. These are illustrated examples, not live customer screens.
Choose the piece
Begin with the customer and an identifiable item. Keep the original title useful without asserting an unverified stone identity.
Record what you know, then leave the unknowns visible. The primary item facts and an inspection are related records; neither should silently manufacture owned stock.

Review the basis
Weight, purity and the non-metal deduction are separate operands. A quote also needs an instrument, currency, source and observation time.
The current app supports XAU gold. Manual quote entry is location-scoped and manager-controlled. The source review shows the current deduction, inspection revision and photo count before a new save.

Keep the observations
Record metal components, stone groups, tests and certificate references against the piece. A photo can show the mark or condition that informed the decision.
Unknown weights remain incomplete. Certificate references do not verify authenticity. Private originals retain their own hashes; the capture time is an operator claim.

Save the decision
A neutral estimate freezes its own calculation, quote, inspection and photo references. It does not create a purchase, loan or payout.
Save an independent estimate for a separate scenario, or explicitly revise the current estimate for the same customer, piece and purpose. Accepted keyed retries recover the earlier result without another record.

Revisit without rewriting
The original remains the original after the item or market basis changes. A current-quote comparison is separate and respects currency matching.
Load history to review a newer head. The working draft stays intact while you decide whether to use a new source, revise a current version or start a separate scenario.

Plan the operational handoff
A saved estimate is one stage. Payment, reporting, holds, stock availability and physical custody need their own accepted workflow.
The browser demo illustrates stock and cash controls. Production regulated execution remains disabled; transfers, tills, signing and settlement stay in controlled testing. Evaluate the whole handoff before planning a cutover.
