Arizona execution stays gated.
The first jurisdiction is Arizona. Troctolite’s new regulated buy/pawn execution is disabled until the supported ticket, reporting, payment and hold behavior is implemented and verified for the applicable operation.
Completing setup checkboxes is not the same as implementing those rules. The app can save neutral estimates while that work proceeds. Exact location, licenses and operator terms are part of rollout planning.
Pricing follows an agreed scope.
There is no published price list yet. A walkthrough should first establish the locations, users, required workflows, migration work and integrations that can be supported.

Can I create an account right now?
Public sign-up is disabled. Use the walkthrough form to discuss early access; existing operators can use Store sign in.
Is the public buying desk the live app?
It is an interactive example. It runs locally in your browser using editable sample data and creates no account, signature, payment or live stock record.
Does Troctolite have feature parity with Bravo?
Not yet. Bravo publishes a broad established jewelry, pawn, firearms and specialty-retail platform. The comparison page identifies current Troctolite scope and substantial remaining work.
Are the sample metal prices live?
No. The public preview uses editable example prices. The app records quote source and age, but a licensed live market-feed service is not currently advertised as connected.
Can I process silver and platinum buys in the app?
Dedicated production metal selection and matching quote workflows remain planned. The current buying desk centers on XAU. The silver example on this website is a browser demonstration.
Does it connect to my card terminal or online store?
No live terminal, accounting or commerce integration is claimed in the current release. Bring the provider and exact workflow to the evaluation.
Can it migrate my Bravo data automatically?
An automated Bravo importer is not available. Start with redacted exports, an agreed mapping and sample reconciliation using the switching guide.
Can I run several locations?
Store context, scoped access and transfer controls are implemented, with the operational paths under controlled early-access review. Consolidated accounting and full enterprise tooling still need further work.
Are repairs, consignment and layaway ready?
No. They require complete specialist workflows beyond basic inventory records and remain product work.
What happens to my walkthrough request?
The form sends your details to the contact endpoint and reports success only after the request is saved. The details are used to respond to your request; do not include sensitive customer or payment records.
